Shipping policy

 

Orders are usually shipped within 2 to 4 business days after payment is received. They are shipped via Chrono 2Shop, Colissimo or Chronopost depending on your location, with a tracking number provided.

Shipping costs include handling, packaging and postage fees. Handling fees are fixed, while shipping costs vary based on the total weight of your parcel. We recommend grouping all your items into a single order. We are unable to combine two separate orders, and shipping fees apply to each of them. Your parcel is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items. Box sizes are appropriate and your items are carefully protected.
