ORDER
How do I track my order?
Once your order is validated, you will receive a summary email. As soon as it is transmitted to our carriers, you will receive a tracking number by email.
If you do not receive this email, please contact our customer service at serviceclient@carolinenajman.com .
DELIVERY
What are the delivery times and methods?
Orders are processed and shipped within 72 hours on average (maximum 15 working days).
- France and Belgium : Colissimo delivered against signature or Colis Privé.
- Click & Collect : Free in-store pickup (85 rue Vieille du Temple, Paris 3rd or 15 rue du Cherche-Midi, Paris 6th).
Free delivery is offered in mainland France for orders over €80.
Is my jewelry well protected?
All our jewelry is sent in carefully designed Caroline Najman packaging to protect it during transport.

Are returns accepted?
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.
To do so, simply inform us of your decision to withdraw, by any clear means (for example, by email or via our contact form). Once your request has been submitted, you must return the items to us in their original condition, at your own expense.
In the event of cancellation, we will refund all sums paid, including standard delivery charges, within 14 days of receiving your request or proof of shipment of the items.
Return or repair procedure
If you wish to return a piece of jewelry for repair or exchange, you have two options:
1 – Return to an authorized point of sale
Go to the Caroline Najman store where you made your purchase, with your invoice or warranty card showing the date of purchase.
The staff on site will process your request and send the jewelry to our headquarters. Once repaired, it will be returned to the same store, where you can pick it up.
Please note: this option is not available in some regions or internationally.
2 – Return directly to our after-sales service workshop
Send us your jewelry directly, carefully following these instructions:
- Include all the jewelry components (for example, the complete pair of hoop earrings with
clasps)
- Do not send any branded cases or pouches
- Pack the jewelry carefully (bubble wrap recommended)
- Send the package with tracking but without signature (e.g., tracked letter – approximately €2) to

In the event of a non-conformity covered by the legal guarantee, return shipping costs are covered by Caroline Najman. Outside of this guarantee, shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
Once repaired, your jewelry will be returned by mail to the return address indicated in your letter.
ATTENTION :
In the event of an expired free warranty period (2 years from the date of purchase | 6 months for jewelry purchased via online sales providers at clearance prices): allow €15 for the payment of the repair (case 1) or send a check for €15 made payable to CAROLINE NAJMAN EURL in addition (case 2).
Depending on the specific nature of the request, repair and/or exchange times can take up to 6 weeks (maximum time).
Please note that any claim regarding a shipment must be made within a maximum of 3 months. We cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of a package if the claim is made after this period. We therefore advise you to check the status of your shipment using its tracking number. Shipping costs to the workshop are the responsibility of the customer; return shipping costs for repair or exchange are covered by Caroline Najman.
AFTER-SALES SERVICE AND GUARANTEES
What should I do if my jewelry is broken?
All our jewelry is covered by legal guarantees against defects or hidden flaws (articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) for a period of two years from the date of purchase. This means that if your jewelry has a problem related to its manufacture or materials, you can request a repair or an exchange. If these solutions are impossible, you will be entitled to a refund.
What if my jewelry oxidizes?
Oxidation is a natural phenomenon that can be accentuated depending on the acidity of the skin and usage. This process is accelerated if the metal comes into contact with agents such as perfume, sea air, sulfur, skin care creams, hairspray, chlorine and skin with an acidic pH. The degree of tarnishing (oxidation) depends on the skin and the care habits of the person wearing the jewelry. Tarnishing is therefore not a manufacturing defect. We also advise you not to wear your jewelry in your bath, during sports activities or while you sleep.
Can I have my jewelry adjusted?
We offer fitting services for:
- Shorten or lengthen a chain.
- Create custom-made jewelry (non-exchangeable and non-refundable).

Can I have my jewelry lengthened or shortened?
We can lengthen or shorten a necklace or bracelet chain upon request. We can also make certain models of rings and earrings to measure.
Please contact us by email at serviceclient@carolinenajman.com so that we can establish a quote corresponding to your request.
Any custom-made jewelry is non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
750/1000 gold jewel
Any request for repair, exchange or resizing of a 750/1000 gold jewel will be treated individually. Please contact us by email for these requests: serviceclient@carolinenajman.com

We offer several payment methods:

How to use a discount voucher?
Enter your code in the field provided when ordering. If you encounter problems, check that:
- The code is correct and still valid.
- Specific conditions (minimum amount, eligible product, etc.) are met.
LOYALTY AND SPONSORSHIP PROGRAM
How to join the loyalty program?
All you need to do is create an account on our site and join the loyalty program. You will start accumulating points from your first purchase. You can track your points balance in your customer area. All your earned and used points are visible at any time.
How does sponsorship work?
For every friend you refer who makes a purchase, you will receive a €5 discount, and your referral will also receive €5 off their first order. Discounts are applied after your referral's first order.

Can I call on a mediator if I have a problem?
In the event of a dispute, the consumer has the option of using a consumer mediator free of charge, as part of an amicable settlement, after contacting our customer service.
In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code concerning “the process of mediation of consumer disputes”, after having contacted us and in the absence of a satisfactory response, you have the possibility of resorting to a free consumer mediation procedure with:
